Greenhouse Store Return Policy for Palram Products

 We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your merchandise.

Any Palram product purchased from the www.Greenhouse-store.com can be returned within 30 days if unused, and in 100% saleable condition, original manufacturer's packaging with all components. You must contact: sales@greenhouse-store.com prior to any return being sent and the consumer is responsible for the return freight      

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days after inspection.

Damage Policy
Please inspect all packages received for damages. Do NOT throw away boxes or packing materials, otherwise your claim WILL NOT be honoured by the shipping company. For a claim to be made you must have paid for the shipping insurance. Please contact us for shipping damage - not the shipping company. All claims must be made through us.
Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 30 days of original delivery date by contacting sales@greenhouse-store.com

Taxes Policy:
Any taxes arising from the purchase, use, or resale of the goods such as sales tax, or any other local tax, are the responsibility of the Buyer.
